Packaging

When it comes to packaging, I offer two services.  First, I create the images that are used in the package design. These illustrations are sent to the client where they are dropped into the package’s graphic design. Often, a PDF of the printer spread is sent back to me and used to create the texture maps that are applied to the 3D packages I build.

Second, I build out the packaging in 3D, including transparent clamshells and the actual products held within, apply materials and textures, and then produce images of the packaging from a variety of different perspectives.  This allows the client to have a range of accurate images of the packaging long before they’ve gone to the printer.
